4PLANET reporting is designed to make evidence inspectable. Public reports should distinguish what was funded, what was delivered, what evidence exists and what ecological outcome can or cannot be supported.

The reporting model connects mission work and Impact pathways back to sources and proof rather than converting activity into an automatic impact score.
